PLANNING YOUR VISIT
Schedule service in Ojai.
Let us know about driveway access, the affected areas, and whether a private waste system is involved. Tell us when the symptom appears instead of guessing at its cause.
What to expect when you call
Start with what you have noticed: one slow drain, multiple fixtures backing up, visible moisture, or water collecting outdoors. The pattern helps us plan the investigation. You do not need to diagnose the plumbing yourself.
Understand the work before it starts.
We discuss accessible conditions, the proposed scope, and the next step. If further inspection is needed, we explain what it can establish and its limits. Cleaning a line, investigating a leak, and repairing damaged piping are different tasks; the recommendation should match the findings.
For an active sewage backup, stop using affected fixtures and call directly. An online request begins a scheduling conversation and does not reserve an arrival time.
