Annual inspections help you understand your plumbing’s condition. If a repair is recommended, we provide an estimate with the applicable member discount.
Sewer camera inspection
Included at no additional charge through one proper cleanout with 3–4-inch access, or one proper cleanout with 2-inch access.
Water pressure test
Included at no additional charge to check the pressure entering your home’s water supply.
Complete plumbing inspection
Included at no additional charge, covering the fixtures, connections, and equipment listed below. Safe, suitably sized access is required for an under-home visual inspection.
Repair services
If repairs are needed, we provide an estimate with your applicable Family Discount Plan savings.
Preventive hydro jetting
Applies when hydro jetting is performed before a backup occurs. Jetting requested after the line is already backed up requires additional work and does not qualify for this preventive discount.

From under-sink connections to your water heater, the plan includes a check of the plumbing you rely on every day.

- Sinks: emergency shutoff valves, stainless steel supply lines, pop-up assemblies, drainage, and visible fixture leaks.
- Water heaters and tankless units: pans, flexible connections, earthquake straps, venting, gas drip legs, expansion tanks, recirculation pumps, ball valves, temperature/pressure relief and pan discharge routing, and stands.
- Toilets: rocking, flush valves, supply lines, and emergency shutoff valves.
- Showers: valve and showerhead operation, pop-up assemblies, and drainage.
- Water supply manifold: pressure regulator, ball or gate shutoff valve, and pressure relief valve.
- Additional checks: gas earthquake valve, hard piping inside the furnace, above-ground pressurized PVC, dishwasher air gap, instant-hot and reverse-osmosis isolation valves, and hose bibs.
- Under the home: visual inspection where access is suitably sized and safe for the technician.
